Dr. Monaco grew up in northern California running, playing volleyball and water skiing. She took her love for fitness and became a personal trainer after obtaining her Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University. She soon realized she wanted to turn her passion into a career and obtained her doctorate in physical therapy from A. T. Still University. Soon after she completed an orthopedic residency from the same university. Finally, she rounded out her specialization by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). She has been practicing in an outpatient orthopedic setting for over 10 years, finding joy in restoring people to an active lifestyle where they can life their best life possible.
