Demi Rorvick, CPT
Certified personal trainer
Demi was born in Watertown, SD and grew up playing soccer, softball and basketball. This is where she developed a passion for fitness. After graduating high school she went on college, where she obtained her Master of Science in Exercise Science.
Living in Colorado at the time she began her training journey in 2018 at South Denver Cardiology as Phase 3 & 4 Technician of Cardiac Rehab. In 2021 she furthered her growth as a Personal Trainer/Personal Training Manager at Colorado Athletic Club. In late 2023 Demi moved to the Phoenix area and joined the Pritchette Physical Therapy Personal Training team.
Demi is a certified Exercise Physiologist, certified Personal Trainer, certified Cancer Exercise Trainer, and Autism Exercise Specialist. She also specializes in post-rehab training to help keep your progress going after physical therapy!
While receiving my Master's degree, I had the opportunity to work with cancer patients survivors in a training environment, being able to see the positive effects mentally and physically of personal training is what sparked my interest to start my personal training career.
