Tracy Prosser Addison has been an athlete her entire life, running cross country and participating in AAU National Championships at ages 9, 10 and 11. She settled on soccer in high school placing 3rd in the Indiana State Championships and playing Division I at Xavier University.  She began coaching athletes in 1996 on the soccer fields of Cincinnati, OH.  She was a youth soccer coach for 9 years with many of her players went on to play in high school and the Division I college level.

In 2000 she began her career as a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Xavier University working with all athletic teams.  In 2005 she moved on to the University of Central Florida where she spend 9 ½ years working with many different teams. 

During her career she worked with numerous teams that won Conference Championships (Atlantic 10, Conference USA and American Athletic Conference), NCAA post-season appearances, including Sweet Sixteen and Elite 8 teams and she won a National Championship with the UCF Cheerleading Team in 2007. 

Many athletes that Addison worked with went on to play professionally in their chosen sport and have also become successful coaches in the college and professional ranks: NFL, MLS, W-League, NWSL, PGA, LPGA, MLB, USMNT, Trinidad & Tobago National Soccer Team, German Women’s Soccer National Team and several basketball players that have gone overseas for long-term careers.    

She has a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Physical Education, Master’s in Sports Administration, both from Xavier University.  She is certified through the College Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association, USA Weightlifting and has an Advanced National Diploma through the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.
