Adrienne was born and raised in Chandler, AZ where she attended Dobson High School. After high school she earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University. She then went on to attend AT Still University where she earned her Master’s Degree in Human Movement, specializing in corrective and performance exercise.
Adrienne’s passion for exercise and fitness is drawn from her own personal experience. In 2005 she was involved in a car accident which caused her to fracture her spine in 9 places, shortly after this she was diagnosed with cancer causing her to lose one of her kidneys. Even though doctors told her she would never again be as physically active as she once was, she refused to believe it and pushed her body to new levels. She was able to bring herself to a level of fitness that was above and beyond everyone’s expectations, even competing in a fitness show! Being able to do this and see how great it made her feel made her decide that she wanted pass this feeling on to others. It was at this time she decided to become a personal trainer.
Adrienne has since built quite a following and helped people transform not only their bodies but their lives! Some of her clients have been fitness competitors, firefighters (did we mention she is also a firefighter and paramedic for the City of Tempe!), pregnant and post-partum women, as well just the average individual who is trying to make a healthy lifestyle change!
Adrienne is a wife and mother as well.
